National Technology, Inc. began operations in 1984 in a 8500 Sq. Ft. facility. Today we are a multi-facility manufacturer of single sided, double sided and multilayer (up to 18 layers) Printed Circuit Boards. And with locations in Rolling Meadows, IL and Gandhinagar, INDIA, we occupy more than 115,000 square feet and have the capability to support “quick turn” prototypes (24 hour to 10 day) with standard production lead-times of 3 weeks.

The business philosophy that is to be strictly adhered to is quick response. Our custom / proprietary MRP software system efficiently tracks customer orders from entry to shipping through our bar coding system and scanning procedures. Our customers and sales representatives can access, via file servers, our MRP system to get an accurate open order status at any time. Quotations are submitted directly from our computers, to our customers’ computers, via email in Adobe® PDF format. We are poised to provide our customers truly “world class” service and satisfaction.

Continual improvement in all facets of our business is an absolute necessity. Excellence in service to our customers, product / process quality and in our people is the objective. Our quality systems earned ISO9002 certification in 2000, and improved to ISO9001-2000 in 2003. Using a variety of proactive techniques such as cross-functional team problem solving and statistical process control, we are constantly improving our process controls. A structured training program is in place to assure improvement of our most valuable resource – our people.

Through facility expansion, process improvement, and an assertive capital equipment acquisition plan, we have been able to stay on the cutting edge of technology advances in our industry.
